Inward & Part Production Trials on Intended machines, Confirm Cycle times & output as per designed in RFQ,
PPAP Document preparation, Work with CFT for PPAP & preproduction lots.
Carryout Internal / Customer PPAP
Handover to production with CFT.
In new product & process development, Launch management , Shock absorber manufacturing . (Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Trucks, Off Highway Vehicles, etc.)
Continuous improvements activities for Quality, Cycle time, Capacity improvements, etc.

Knowledge of exhaust system parts & its manufacturing processes
Knowledge on MIG, Resistance Welding Processes, Assembly Processes, Grinding / Automation
Strong knowledge in Failure modes in process & product design & development with recoveries.
Good Negotiation Skills,
Knowledge on New technology & Process development & Launch
