Registered Veterinary Technician

requires an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA.
In this role you will:
Provide exceptional patient and client care by ensuring an efficient exam room workflow.
Maintain accurate, detailed medical records.
Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients, answering questions with empathy and clarity.
Support the veterinarian's orders during outpatient care and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
This full‑time position (4/10 schedule) requires availability Monday–Saturday.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience.
Bonus package: $2,000 based on credentials.
Continuing education allowance: $500 in the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter.

Qualifications
Current Veterinary Technician License in Iowa.
3–5 years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in anesthetic induction and monitoring, surgical preparation and assistance, dental prophylaxis and radiology, patient handling and restraint, blood draws and lab processing.
