Description
St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA is hiring multiple part‑time Associate Pharmacy Technicians for evening and night shifts. Responsibilities include filling and dispensing unit dose, IV and chemotherapeutic medications from the pharmacy to nursing units and other departments in a prompt, safe and accurate manner, while promoting teamwork and reflecting the Sisters of Providence Mission and Philosophy.

Responsibilities
Perform duties related to medication dispensing, telephone call prioritization, handling urgent or stressful situations, and performing IV admixture and aseptic techniques under direct pharmacist supervision.

Required Qualifications

Completion of a Pharmacy Technician Level A training program certified by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy, or equivalent education or experience.

Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.

Experience with telephone call prioritization.

Experience with stressful or urgent situations.

Three months of practical experience in a hospital pharmacy under direct pharmacist supervision.

Experience with IV admixture and aseptic techniques.

Preferred Qualification

One year of hospital pharmacy experience.

Pay Range
$23.64 - $39.27 per hour (may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
