What You’ll Do:
Guide customers through the vehicle financing process with professionalism and clarity
Present finance and insurance options that meet customer needs and boost profitability
Secure approvals by working closely with a wide network of lenders
Prepare and finalize all financing documents with precision and attention to detail
Ensure every deal complies with federal, state, and local regulations
Audit deals post‑sale to identify and implement process improvements
Help drive dealership performance by closing deals and funding contracts quickly
Stay current with industry certifications, trends, and lender programs
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in dealership finance & insurance (F&I)
Strong understanding of financing structures and lender requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient at desking deals and maximizing profitability
Knowledge of title laws and DMV processes
High level of personal integrity and professionalism
Valid driver’s license required
