JOB SUMMARY
Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) sought for per diem opportunities. This role involves providing direct patient care and contributing to the overall well‑being of patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care.
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Required Qualifications
Valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Completion of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
