This individual will take over around a $35 – $40 million existing portfolio for around 90 accounts. The focus will be on commercial real estate and commercial C%26I credits with the average loans size being around $2 – $3 million. They would prefer someone with at least 3 years of commercial lending experience. They will pay relocation for anyone wanting to relocate to Salem, Oregon. Would prefer a Bachelor?s degree.
