RV Service Technician

Position Overview
Alliance RV is seeking a skilled RV Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our luxury Class B line, Midwest Automotive Designs, to ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and LP gas
Troubleshoot and service appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, air conditioning units, and generators
Inspect and repair structural components including roofs, sidewalls, doors, windows, and cabinetry
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly prior to customer delivery
Document work performed, parts used, and labor time accurately
Qualifications
Experience in RV repair, automotive, or a related technical field preferred
Previous experience in Class B repairs preferred
Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry
Ability to safely use tools and diagnostic equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to create customer repairs if needed.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Work Environment
Monday through Friday
Service shop hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
