Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder – MIG to join our manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding methods and hand tools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid background in welding and manufacturing to contribute to complex projects adhering to ASME codes and standards.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding
Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Fabricate parts using machining, soldering, plasma cutting, and other manufacturing processes
Follow safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies
Maintain a clean work environment and perform routine maintenance on equipment
Collaborate with team members on assembly projects requiring mechanical knowledge and basic math skills
Achieve daily production rate
Qualifications and Requirements
Set up welder
MIG Weld Experience
Schooling or experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred but not required)
Own a Weld Helmet
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to perform repetitive work
Shift Hours
Monday – Thursday 5 pm to 3:30 am and Friday 2 pm to 6 pm
