Paid Summer Internship
Salary : $24.00 - $25.00 hourly
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Scope/Duties
Provide support to Loan Processors to update real estate loan files within established timeframes.
Upload paper and electronic images into lending system.
Follow up on Condo/PUD surveys as needed.
Utilize electronic resources to order title policies and appraisals on new loan requests.
Prepare subordination requests and complete funding requirements prior to funding.
Monitor daily “Appraisal Authorization Report” and take appropriate actions.
Assist in the completion of incoming modification requests using established procedures.
Assist with other projects as assigned.
Provides administrative support for all real estate closing activities.
Experience / Minimum Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent level of education.
College student with related coursework and analytical skills or other relative experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Proficient with computers, including using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Applicant must have a proven ability to provide friendly, courteous, and excellent service to staff and members.
MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT.
