Hours:

Sunday - Thursday; 11:00pm - 7:00am

Job Summary:

Fabricate high quality printed products according to product specifications in the Signscape division to drive customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties:

Pull and cut materials per order specification.

Operate and maintain Zund Routers.

Operate and maintain liquid laminators.

Operate and maintain large format UV printers.

Assist in packing and shipping orders.

Gain a full understanding of the routers and associated software.

Gain a full understanding of catalog offerings and materials.

Handle material using man lifts and forklifts.

Track units produced by quantity and type.

Interpret technical documents, work orders, and part numbers.

Coordinate with production designers and manufacturing team leads.

Cross train to gain basic proficiency in all production cells relating to sign and print production.

Take the initiative to ask questions and seek clarification when uncertain, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and objectives.

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to address time‑sensitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Work collaboratively with team members, offering support when needed, and contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic.

5S+Safety:

Take ownership of workspace and maintain to 5S+Safety standard.

Job Specifications:

Basic math skills and the ability to understand measurements.

Ability to read technical documents.

Ability to distinguish colors.

Ability to use power tools and equipment.

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Proficient knowledge in Windows and Microsoft 365.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Relations:

Reports directly to Team Lead.

Works with all manufacturing areas in the shop.

Works with IT on computer related programs and problems.

Works with Maintenance on equipment related issues.
