Job Overview
Resource will work with the PM in the planning, directing, and coordination of activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise‑scale technology project. The role ensures the business requirements of the project are captured leading to a successful transition. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills, be comfortable with technology, and be willing to collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.

Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.

Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.

Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

Liaise between various business departments and groups.

Communicate findings and recommendations to the project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives.

Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

Assist with project management as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.

Business Analyst experience or related role.

5 years of knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

5 years of strong experience leading, facilitating, and motivating teams for medium to large‑scale IT projects.

5 years of strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders to achieve their goals.

5 years of strong background in facilitating and leading requirement gathering sessions.

5 years of demonstrated experience in the creation of user stories.

5 years of strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.

5 years of strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

5 years of demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) in a Hybrid Agile environment.

Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem‑solving, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization.

Ability to manage projects to successful conclusion.

Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine.

High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative.

Ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned.

Experience with SaaS configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components.

Prior healthcare industry experience.

Desired: Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems.
