We operate around the clock and take pride in investing in the people who keep our facility running — offering competitive wages, strong benefits, sign-on bonuses, and a culture where skilled tradespeople are truly valued.Why join us?Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short & Long-Term Disability InsuranceFlex Spending AccountsPaid Holidays & VacationBonus Opportunities: Referral bonuses, production bonuses, and moreStable, Long-Term Employment in a growing manufacturing operationContinental Shift Schedule — structured rotation with set days off built inJob DetailsKey Responsibilities & DutiesPerform highly diversified maintenance duties including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines, equipment, and plant facilitiesExecute scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency repairs as needed across all shiftsConduct and document preventive maintenance (PM) tasks in accordance with facility standardsRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceDiagnose equipment problems; replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustmentsDetect and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unusual situations to the Facility Maintenance ManagerUtilize Microsoft Office to order parts, schedule jobs, and maintain supporting maintenance documentationPerform all work in accordance with safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all timesCommunicate effectively with Sanitation Manager, line workers, Leads, Supervisors, and Plant ManagerPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsNeeded:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCompleted or currently pursuing a 2-year trades/technical degree OR minimum 4 years of hands-on plant maintenance experienceMust be 18 years of age or olderExperience or strong background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repairStrong working knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, three-phase motor controls, and AC/DC drive troubleshootingWelding and fabrication skills requiredFamiliarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a manufacturing or food production environment preferredProficient in legible record-keeping, data entry, and use of Microsoft Office for parts ordering and job schedulingProven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and problem-solve creatively under pressureMust be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible — including availability for nights and weekends per continental shift scheduleLegally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not requiredInterested in hearing more?
