This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing 100-300 unit wood frame builds.About the CompanyOur client is a private real estate investment, development, construction, and property management firm with a growing national footprint. The team values individuals who are passionate, accountable, and collaborative, with a strong ownership mindset.Position OverviewAs the Construction Superintendent, you will oversee full-cycle onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, safety protocols, and daily operations while collaborating closely with leadership and internal teams. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong leadership in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead all onsite construction operations from pre-construction through project completionManage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, and sequencingMonitor progress, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standardsForecast labor, materials, and equipment needs; adjust plans as necessary to stay on trackMaintain daily reports and communicate progress to leadership and ownershipOversee site safety compliance, OSHA regulations, and local/state building codesCollaborate with city officials, inspectors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionProvide onsite direction, problem-solving, and value engineering throughout constructionSupport site readiness for leasing, marketing, and turnover phasesQualifications:5+ years of onsite supervision experience managing multifamily wood frame construction projects (100-300 units)Florida multifamily construction experience strongly preferredComfortable managing full project lifecycle with limited oversightKnowledge of MEP trades, wood framing, site work, and interior finish scopesProficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawingsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project needsHigh integrity, collaborative mindset, and strong problem-solving skillsCompensation & Benefits:Project completion bonus: (50% paid at midpoint, balance at completion)Truck and gas card providedCompetitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and wellness perksInterested in hearing more?
