About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Structured Products Origination with a focus on esoteric and specialty collateral. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and executing customized financing and securitization solutions within the Capital Markets division. This client-facing, transaction-driven role requires close collaboration with various internal teams, including structuring, syndicate, sales, legal, and trading. Core responsibilities include leading deal execution, maintaining and expanding relationships with issuers and sponsors, and supporting investor engagement efforts. The role also involves tracking market dynamics to identify opportunities for new product development and mentoring junior team members.

Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and approximately 6 to 10 years' of experience in structured products, securitization, or capital markets. A strong candidate will have a proven track record in executing or originating structured finance transactions, possess strong commercial acumen, and have excellent client relationship skills. The ability to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines, work across cross-functional teams, and engage with senior stakeholders is essential. The role demands a professional with strong communication and presentation capabilities, who is adept at designing transaction structures, cash flow mechanics, and rating strategies.
