About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer to spearhead its growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in integrating and professionalizing recently acquired businesses, as well as leading the organization through a period of accelerated expansion. This role is pivotal in driving the company's investment thesis, which focuses on both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. The ideal COO will have a background in residential services, with a strong emphasis on operational leadership, and a proven track record in M&A, particularly in the area of solid integration experience.

We are looking for a passionate and committed leader with a heavy operations background, who can honor the company's past while effectively steering it into the future. The candidate should be prepared to work closely with the institutional private equity firm that supports the company, and be dedicated to transforming the business into a powerful platform. A tenure of 20-35+ years of progressive career success is expected, with a focus on the residential services business model. The role requires a top operational leader or a number two operations leader within a larger enterprise, with a strong orientation towards operations and a deep understanding of the B2C end market.
