Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Licensed Nurse Consultant (LNC) based in Maitland, FL. The Licensed Nurse Consultant will work closely with legal teams to review, analyze, and interpret medical records. The role includes preparing detailed summaries for use in case evaluation, conducting medical research, and participating in legal strategy development. The LNC will also assist in preparing experts and witnesses for litigation and trial, and in coordinating medical-related aspects of cases.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Nursing and Medicine
Familiarity with Utilization Management and Long-term Care practices
Proven ability to provide Training and effectively communicate complex medical concepts
Current nursing licensure and extensive clinical experience
Experience in legal consulting or working with legal teams is preferred
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
