Psychiatrist La Grande, Oregon$350,000 – $385,000+ | 4-Day Work Week | Hospital Employed | Relocation Assistance Provided She Recruits is partnering with a rapidly expanding Critical Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma Center in beautiful Eastern Oregon that recently secured a $2.2M behavioral health expansion grant. This investment reflects a serious commitment to growing integrated primary care and behavioral health services across the region. This is not a replacement role. This is expansion. You will step into a supportive, forward-thinking environment where psychiatry is valued, funded, and integrated into the broader care model. Practice Highlights: • Four 10-hour days per week• 14–18 patients per day• Scribe support for providers seeing 15+ patients daily• 30+ exam rooms in a modern outpatient rural health clinic• Epic EMR• Collaborative primary care and behavioral health model• Hospital-employed stability You will practice full-scope outpatient psychiatry while also serving as a clinical leader within a growing behavioral health program. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, and complex psychiatric presentations• Oversee pharmacologic management and medication monitoring• Provide consultation within the Level IV Trauma Center when psychiatric expertise is needed• Partner with primary care providers in a whole-person integrated care model• Contribute to workforce development and clinical protocol design• Participate in community-based mental health initiatives Compensation & Benefits: • $350K – $385K+ total compensation• Quality incentives up to $45,500• $30K commencement bonus• $8,000 annual CME allowance + paid CME time• Student loan assistance• Hospital-employed benefits• 401k match• Paid malpractice coverage• Relocation assistance provided• Generous PTO This is a meaningful psychiatry opportunity with sustainable patient volumes and strong institutional support.
