to guide our progressive, full-service small animal hospital in the Bay Area .

Your Leadership Mission

In partnership with the Hospital Manager, you will:

Provide medical leadership and oversee patient care

Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff

Establish medical protocols and ensure quality standards

Manage hospital performance and financial growth

Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture

Engage with the community and grow the client base

What

DVM/VMD degree with valid California license

Strong communicator and approachable leader

Skilled

in decision-making, delegation, and motivation
