This role is ideal for an attorney who is ready to step into the courtroom, take ownership of cases, and advocate relentlessly for the people we serve. You’ll handle *real cases, real clients, and real courtroom work*, supported by a team that values integrity, professionalism, and collaboration.
What We Offer:

* *$65,000–$75,000* for developing attorneys
* *Up to $150,000* for highly experienced attorneys

What We’re Looking For:
* Active *New Mexico Bar license*
* Experience in *family law and/or criminal defense preferred*
* Strong litigation and negotiation skills
