QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Five years of overall experience in Finance or Accounting related roles, with two years dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis and/or business analytics experience required
- Experience preparing financial statements, consolidation, and management presentations
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning/Workday or equivalent enterprise planning tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Reporting & Analysis - Execute monthly reporting, variance analysis, and presentations that provide clear insight on financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Planning & Forecasting - Responsible for supporting and preparing annual budget, forecast and long-range plan for Operated Events.
- Contract Management & Analysis - Responsible for financial review and ongoing tracking of contractual commitments; ensures accurate forecasting, accruals, and budget alignment.
- Accounting & Month-end Close Support - Support monthend and quarterend close, including account analysis, variance resolution, and audit support to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Cross-Functional Business Support - Serve as a finance partner to Events Operations team, collaborating crossfunctionally to align financial results with business activity and provide datadriven insights to management.
- Reporting, Controls & Process Improvement - Maintain financial reporting and planning tools while strengthening controls, accuracy, and process compliance.
- Special Projects - Contribute to strategic initiatives, system enhancements and special projects as assigned.
