Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Travel Contract
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Sidney, IA. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Iowa COTA license or ability to obtain required state license prior to start.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with ADL retraining, therapeutic activity planning, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08001630.
- Work Schedule: 5x8.
- Assignment Length: 10 weeks contract.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
