Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Iowa COTA license or ability to obtain required state license prior to start.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, therapeutic activity planning, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08001630.
• Work Schedule: 5x8.
• Assignment Length: 10 weeks contract.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
