Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Board Certified
• Active Michigan RN license or Compact License
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA clinical experience
• Available for full-time weekday coverage (at least 2-3 full weeks per month)
• Comfortable managing pediatric cases and a broad patient demographic

Primary Responsibilities (Anesthesia Provider Duties)

• Provide safe, effective general anesthesia and perioperative care across a broad range of cases: Orthopedics, GI, Vascular, GYN, Neurosurgery, ortho trauma, acute trauma, ENT, pediatrics, and robotics
• Practice within a medical direction care team model alongside MD anesthesiologists and perioperative staff
• Support surgical services across multiple ORs and procedural suites in a busy hospital setting
• Deliver anesthesia care across all ages while adhering to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (surgery, nursing, PACU) to ensure positive patient outcomes

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in general anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
• Experience with busy, multi-OR hospital environments and procedural suites
• Comfortable with robotics, trauma, and high-acuity cases
• Familiarity with Epic EMR is a plus
