Cardiology - Interventional Physician

• Coverage Dates: August 10, 2026 - August 14, 2026

• 15-hour weeknight call: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• 24-hour weekend call: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Response time: must be on-site within 25 minutes
• Physician not required to remain on-site while on call

Provider may be called in for:

• STEMI
• High-risk NSTEMI
• Active chest pain
• Transvenous pacer insertion
• Pericardiocentesis
• Cardiogenic shock
• CORE donations

Additional expectations:

• May be asked to see inpatient cardiology consults while in-house Monday-Friday
• No requirement to come in for general cardiology consults during evenings/weekends

• Trauma Level I facility
• Hospital-based cardiology service
• EMR: Epic

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
• Active Pennsylvania license
• IMLC welcome
• Fellowship preferred
• ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - Required
