Our Client a well known Investment Bank is seeking a HR/ DEI Assistant in their New York, New York Location

This individual will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing all initiatives for the Community & Engagement team globally.
Event Management: Create and maintain calendar invitations and update and track global participation for ~100 annual events & initiatives. Support event management for all C&E related events including booking conference rooms, managing calendar invitations, creating nametags, ordering catering, and processing vendor invoicing and payments.
Participant Communication: Send emails about upcoming events to program participants and modify enrollments as requested by individuals.
Data Management: Maintain accurate participation and feedback records, support team dashboard, and update and maintain distribution lists.
Contracts: Submit and monitor ePROs, reach out to vendors, and ensure timely payment.
Website, SharePoint, and Calendar Management: Update events, resources, and cultural calendar for ERG leaders and employees across the firm.
Expense Management: Manage and submit monthly expenses related to events.
Requirements, Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Exceptional project management skills; Requires high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. xsgimln
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
