Job Overview
The Department Program Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and process support to the Biologics department. The role combines elements of department‑level executive assistance, administrative coordination, systems and content management, and ongoing process tracking. The incumbent must observe workflow across the department, identify friction points or risks, and propose improvements. The position gradually gains autonomy in refining and maintaining department operations.
Responsibilities
Department Operations & Administrative Support:
Provide shared administrative and operational support across the Biologics department.
Schedule calendars, meetings, agendas, documentation, and communications.
Process Tracking & Operational Management:
Manage defined processes and workflow tools.
Monitor operational data and surface risks or issues.
Systems, Content, & SharePoint Management:
Maintain and organize SharePoint sites and shared repositories.
Operational Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Support implementation and documentation of approved improvements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
Coordinate across internal stakeholders and support department operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years in coordinator, operations, or administrative roles.
Experience supporting a diverse team with remote members.
Strong writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Desired Preferences
Strong administrative support skills.
Effective time management and prioritization.
Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to support implementation of multiple projects in a timely manner.
Analytical, observant, process‑mindful, improvement‑oriented, and execution‑focused.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None—individual contributor role.

Base Salary Range: USD $85,000 – $94,600 annually.
