Job Description
Oracle Health, a leading global healthcare organization, seeks a Principal Partnerships Analyst to drive strategic partnership deals for its health platform.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic partnership deals for the Oracle Health platform, focusing on structured, analytical deal execution.
Partnership Strategy & Identification
Research and assess new markets and partner segments.
Generate and evaluate high‑potential partnership ideas.
Evaluate Oracle’s existing partner portfolio to identify opportunities for new growth and innovation.
Business Case Development & Analysis
Build rigorous financial models assessing financial contribution of new partnerships, including identifying and segmenting target markets.
Analyze partner business models relative to Oracle Health’s to define mutually beneficial deal structures and prioritize pipeline.
Quantify ROI, forecast revenue impact, and present recommendations to leadership.
Deal Execution and Cross Functional Leadership
Lead cross‑functional deal teams (Product, Licensing, Legal, Clinical, Strategy, Executives) to ensure alignment and timeline management.
Draft internal and external documents that outline partnership structures and opportunities.
Partner with licensing and legal teams to advocate for ideal contracting terms.
Maintain ongoing records of new and ongoing partners.
Qualifications
Track record in analytical, deal‑focused roles
3 – 8 years in analytical and/or deal‑driven healthcare work, including healthcare investment banking, consulting, venture capital or partnerships (IC4 level).
Demonstrable experience in evaluating new market opportunities and managing cross‑functional teams to bring large deals or projects to close.
Quantitative and strategic skills
Financial modeling, market sizing, and ROI analysis.
Excellent Excel and written presentation skills.
Healthcare experience is essential.
Cross‑functional collaboration & negotiation
Proven ability to navigate objectives of multiple stakeholders.
Communication & presentation
Excellent at synthesizing complex analyses into structured conclusions.
Comfortable leading internal meetings and external deal reviews.
Education and technical fluency
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
Ability to quickly onboard on clinical workflows and Oracle Health products.
Compensation and Benefits
US: Hiring Range in USD from
$97,500 to $199,500
per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
