HCK2 Partners, a full-service marketing and communications agency based in Addison, TX, is looking for a post‑graduate
graphic design intern
who is curious, detail‑oriented and ready to jump into client work alongside a collaborative, experienced team.
This is a paid, 3‑month, part‑time role designed for recent graduates seeking meaningful agency experience and a pathway toward a future creative role.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support multiple account teams and gain hands‑on experience across integrated marketing campaigns, digital ads, branding, and agency operations.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
Build out design assets for integrated campaigns across digital and print, including social, web, email, and collateral using existing key art
Version out brand identity systems, including logo files and brand guidelines
Develop social media content aligned to campaign strategy and creative direction
Drop in copy and prototype web pages in Figma
Edit and retouch imagery in Photoshop
Prepare client‑ready presentation decks and supporting materials
Finalize and package production files for print and digital deployment
Apply and uphold brand standards across all deliverables
Iterate on designs based on internal and client feedback
Organize and manage files, templates, and asset libraries
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams to execute work efficiently
Participate in brainstorms, critiques, and campaign planning sessions
Attend internal and client meetings; document key takeaways and action steps
Support project management, including timeline tracking, reporting, and coordination tasks
You’ll leave this role with a strong understanding of how integrated campaigns are developed and executed across disciplines.
Schedule + Location
Part‑time position (25–30 hours per week)
Hybrid schedule based in our Addison office - in‑office 4 days/week
Local DFW candidates only
Dog‑friendly office with snacks, coffee and the occasional celebratory treat
A supportive, team‑first environment
Mentorship from experienced agency leaders
Exposure to multiple disciplines within marketing and communications
Opportunities to grow toward future full‑time roles when available
Job Qualifications
What You’ll Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who is ready to learn quickly and contribute thoughtfully.
Ideal candidates will have:
A bachelor’s degree in visual communications, art, communications, advertising, motion graphics, journalism, marketing or a related field
Strong portfolio in digital and print that shows attention to detail and eye for elevated design experiences
Curiosity about media, storytelling and digital platforms
Comfort working in a collaborative, fast‑paced team environment
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
The ability to manage multiple assignments at once
A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics basics
Intermediate or above level mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with Canva, Premier or similar tools (a plus but not required)
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is dependable, coachable and excited to grow.
