Job Description
Our client is a successful Electrical Engineering company and is looking for a Project Administrator on a temporary basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide administration support to the working project team
Co-ordinate and execute end to end mobilisation/ onboarding of company staff and visitors in response to ongoing company/site recruitment needs
Prepare detailed reports, generate invoices and collate data for delivery to the client and sub-contractors
Assist in accounts processing, liaise with suppliers, prepare purchase orders, process delivery dockets and invoices and handle any invoice issues
Perform data entry, recording and filing
Ad hoc Document Control
Monitor, order and issue PPE as required for all site personnel
Order Office Stationery and supplies
Timesheets for sign off, compiling into order sending to payroll and filing
Ad hoc duties supporting the Project Contractor and Project Manager
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Mobilisation experience
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office
Sound organisational skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
Excellent Communication Skills
Proactive and efficient
Ability to multi-task
Greentree ERP software experience desirable
