Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Menifee, CA. The role focuses on developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing customer relationships, creating marketing materials, leading client training sessions, and monitoring sales performance against established targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine marketing campaigns, support client needs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals is essential.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying leads, closing deals, and meeting sales objectives
Experience in providing Training and support to internal teams and clients
Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies
Familiarity with property management, asset tracking, or related industries is advantageous
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven ability to work in on-site, team-focused environments
