Project Overview
This client is launching a Dynamics training program and urgently needs two mid‑to‑senior level E‑learning Developers proficient in Camtasia for microlearning and Articulate Rise for CBTs. The target launch is September, so the role requires quick execution and will involve portfolio reviews and a mock presentation during the interview.
Role Details
Location: Lansing, MI (on‑site
3 days a week ; hybrid option available).
Job Type: Contract position.
Primary responsibilities: Build microlearning (2–4 minute) and CBT modules, collaborate with storyboarding and scripting lead, and deliver content for distribution team training.
Qualifications
5‑7 years of instructional design and e‑learning development experience.
Expertise in Camtasia and Articulate Rise.
Experience developing microlearning and CBT.
Strong instructional design fundamentals and knowledge of adult learning principles.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Portfolio of independent work required and will be reviewed during the interview.
Ability to deliver a mock presentation or on‑the‑fly project during the interview.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $45.00 – $58.00 per hour.
