Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a passion for exceptional design and experience delivering large‑scale workplace projects (30,000+ sq. ft.). This role focuses on high‑end design excellence while leading project efforts, mentoring one junior designer, and contributing to financial aspects and proposals. The ideal candidate can develop compelling concepts and clearly present how they translate into physical space. Candidates should be on the path to NCIDQ licensure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design development for large‑scale, high‑end workplace interiors from concept through completion.
Manage project schedules and ensure deliverables meet quality and budget goals.
Select and specify interior architectural materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and artwork.
Conduct programming, space planning, and develop innovative design concepts aligned with client goals.
Prepare and present 2D/3D design drawings and client presentations.
Coordinate color and material palettes; integrate sustainable design strategies.
Oversee documentation during schematic and design development phases.
Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation.
Mentor and guide one junior designer; provide feedback and support professional growth.
Participate in project proposals and assist with financial aspects such as budgeting and bid solicitation.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in interior design or foreign equivalent.
