
Dermatology Territory Business Manager - Denver South

Job Description
Territory Business Manager reports to the District Business Manager and is responsible for driving product awareness, utilization, and sales within the defined territory. The role requires building relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
Develop outstanding disease and product knowledge to promote the company's dermatological products to healthcare professionals in a compliant manner.
Engage physicians and other healthcare professionals within the assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while adhering to legal and compliance regulations.
Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
Apply effective direct‑selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
Navigate a changing health‑care environment, applying critical thinking and strategic mindset to gain access to customers.
Coordinate and collaborate with field‑based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
Engage with every member of a healthcare office using patient‑focused clinical dialogue, and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and associated organizations.
Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a quota‑driven role; preference for experience in dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Demonstrated sustained, high performance and strong learning aptitude.
High sense of urgency and customer‑service orientation.
Ability to travel as required by the territory.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture.
Location and Travel
Denver South territory covers Denver, Castlerock, Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. The selected candidate must reside within this territory and be able to travel as required.

Annualized salary range: $85,000.00 - $144,100.00.
