Therapist-Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a full‑time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in southeastern Iowa.
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision.
Work with clients to empower them to reach their full potential, addressing mental health and related barriers.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and crisis services as needed.
Support community education, consultation, and supervision of staff and interns.
Maintain licensure and stay current with therapeutic practices.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in psychology, social work, or related fields; eligibility for Iowa licensure; at least two years of experience in mental health services preferred.
