The Transitional Surgical Unit is an 18‑bed unit serving neurosurgical, general surgical, and adult/pediatric trauma patients.

Requirements
BSN required, or commitment to obtain within three years of hire
Minimum 1–2 years of stepdown experience
Critical care experience strongly preferred
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Hours: Day/Midnight rotating schedule—7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Weekend and holiday schedule per departmental and organizational practices.
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05 (actual salary will depend on skills, experience and qualifications).
