Responsibilities

Design and implement automation solutions

Develop monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure reliability and early fault detection

Collaborate with other teams to align automation with the company's operational objectives

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, continually enhancing the stability and performance of test processes

Contribute to code quality and best practices, providing mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience

5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience

5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Strong programming/coding skills; Preference for Python and Java

Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
