Title : Solar Field Construction Associate

Key Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on field support including builder communication, material coordination, and quality assurance.
Act as a liaison between roofing partners, customers, homeowners, electricians, project teams, and local authorities.
Support inspections, troubleshooting, and homeowner/app guidance.
Track project progress, conduct site inspections, and review documentation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in solar, construction, or homebuilding.
Understanding of new home construction processes preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Tech‑savvy with mobile apps and systems.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Physical Requirements
Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and navigate roofs.
Lift/move up to 50 lbs and wear safety equipment (~15 lbs).
Capable of standing, walking, balancing, and performing physical tasks regularly.
Good vision, coordination, and verbal communication skills required.
