About the Role
We are seeking bilingual Apartment Maintenance Technicians fluent in both English and Spanish to fill positions for top‑tier property management companies. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, handyman skills, and a positive attitude.

Pay Rate:
$18 - $22 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
Handle service requests and maintain overall functionality of the community.
Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants by managing the turnover process.
Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including:
Repair electrical circuits, switches, and breakers.
Service and install light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
Fix and replace toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking.
Handle minor carpentry repairs, including doors, window screens, and blinds.
Paint and drywall repair as needed.
Remove bulk trash, including discarded appliances.
Clear drains and sewer lines up to 4 feet.

HVAC certification is a plus.
