Analyst, Senior (Cost TMS)

Sabre Systems is hiring a Senior Analyst to support a U.S. Navy customer. This program provides readiness and sustainment support to improve operational availability and mission effectiveness while controlling cost and optimizing constrained resources. The role involves producing readiness assessments and decision‑support products, establishing consistent readiness metrics, and integrating data from multiple authoritative and legacy sources to deliver actionable analytics and dashboards. Advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language processing of maintenance narratives are used to identify readiness drivers, improve predictive analytics, and inform trade‑space decisions.

Location: Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute successful strategic plans.

Define problems, analyze data, and develop strategies to achieve assigned objectives.

Prepare analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation.

Provide complex statistical modeling and analysis.

Evaluate existing business goals and cross‑discipline cooperation, and develop recommendations to improve internal performance, shorten throughput time, and minimize costs while increasing overall quality.

Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes.

Employ analysis techniques such as work‑breakdown structures, activity‑based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, program audits/evaluations, and performance testing to achieve stated objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering, or an equivalent specialized experience. Six years of additional related work experience may be considered.

Fifteen years of related experience, with at least six years of direct experience in the Cost (TMS) concentration area, analyzing readiness costs using earned‑value analysis, O&S cost accounts, and their relationship to readiness generation.

Prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer and/or senior‑level DoW government experience (GS14‑15, O5‑O6) may be considered favorably.

Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Compensation
The general salary range for this position is $98,079.00 – $138,375.00, based on location, qualifications, experience, and contract‑specific requirements.
