Job Description Summary
The Sr. Mobile Maintenance Technician provides the needed skills to maintain the Mobile Equipment.
Experience, Education & Job Requirements
Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, and plumbing.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial or industrial mobile facility maintenance.
Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Technical proficiency with work order management systems (CMMS).
Current EPA certification or ability and commitment to obtain.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate’s degree or vocational/technical school diploma preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check and hair follicle drug screening.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
This position requires a high level of HVAC repair & mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include packaging and handling machinery, large air compressors, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop equipment, grounds equipment, and HVAC systems, among others.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Ability to review, create, and maintain assigned work orders with associated paperwork within a digital computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, paint walls, piping, floors, and equipment.
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, performing both reactive & preventative maintenance.
Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems such as fire alarm systems, fire pumps and related fire protection system equipment.
Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and grounds maintenance.
Identify and work with potential outside contractors/vendors from sourcing to quotation to job completion.
Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.
Ability to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, computers, web‑based applications, building automation systems, etc.
Cooperate with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits.
Complete all required safety training as scheduled weekly/monthly/annually.
Comply with company dress code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours.
