Summary
The Billing Clerk supports the billing and collection division, focusing on excellent customer service for internal and external clients. This role involves processing payments and managing financial tasks to ensure the company’s revenues are maintained.
Essential Functions
Process and apply all payments in the Accounts Receivable system.
Prepare and send invoices for various revenue sources.
Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Issue account statements and perform collection efforts.
Maintain spreadsheets and file documentation.
Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
Assist auditors with required information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Strong customer service orientation and basic arithmetic skills.
