Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer position based in Greater Milwaukee. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and executing interior designs that align with client specifications and project goals. Daily tasks include developing space planning solutions, collaborating with architects, preparing construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and ensuring design excellence from concept through implementation. The role also involves coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with an ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments
Experience in collaborating with Architecture professionals to integrate design across disciplines
Skill in preparing accurate and detailed Construction Drawings
Knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification to meet project requirements
Strong communication skills for client interaction and project coordination
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
NCIDQ certification or willingness to pursue certification is a plus
