Key Responsibilities
Perform and oversee complex residential, commercial, and service plumbing work
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced plumbing issues
Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
Supervise, mentor, and train journeymen and apprentice plumbers
Support service calls, installations, remodels, and new construction
Review job scopes, plans, and estimates for accuracy and efficiency
Conduct quality control inspections and job walk‑throughs
Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members
Assist with process improvements, training standards, and operational growth

Required Qualifications
Active Master Plumber license in Georgia
Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in residential service plumbing
Commercial plumbing project experience
Ability to lead teams and improve performance
Customer‑first mindset with strong communication skills
Experience with estimating, job costing, or project oversight
Interest in business development or management growth
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay $75,000-$150,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
