About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
Perform thorough assessments and consultations to determine client needs and expectations.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and follow-up care.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens.
Participate in marketing initiatives to promote services and attract new clients.
Requirements:
Current NP, PA, or RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic injectables or related field.
Experience with Dysport, Xeomin, Sculptra, PRP, IV therapy, Phlebotomy.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
Passion for providing high-quality patient care and achieving client satisfaction.
Certification in aesthetic injectables is a plus.
Professional demeanor and a commitment to ongoing education and training.
