Qualifications
• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Prior RN experience preferred but not required; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and advocate for resident needs.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team rounds, ensuring high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality and safety standards.
