Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.
Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.
Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills
Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to pursue certification.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
