Position Summary
Plumbing Installer – Residential & Commercial
Leading Edge Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. – Sylmar, CA
Leading Edge Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. is a growing, fast‑paced plumbing company serving residential and commercial customers across the Los Angeles area. We pride ourselves on professionalism, high‑quality workmanship, and delivering top‑tier customer service. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumbing Installer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Install plumbing systems including water, gas, and drainage systems
Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless)
Perform sewer line replacements, re‑pipes, and fixture installations
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate clearly with dispatch, office staff, and customers
Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes
Identify and communicate additional work opportunities when applicable
Requirements
2+ years of plumbing installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and installation techniques
Experience with water heaters, re‑pipes, and sewer work preferred
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as a condition of employment)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical conditions
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $21-$28/hr
