Overview
Christie, RD is hiring a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and support corporate wellness programs. This is a hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC, offering a combination of in-person client care and remote flexibility.
You will work directly with clients to deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling, develop personalized care plans, and support long-term behavior change. This role also includes leading workplace wellness presentations and participating in worksite wellness events.
This position is ideal for a dietitian who wants to build clinical expertise, gain mentorship, and work in a collaborative private practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized nutrition counseling and assessments.
Develop personalized nutrition care plans (diabetes, weight management, chronic disease, food allergies, autoimmune conditions).
Deliver corporate wellness presentations and group nutrition education sessions.
Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and wellness programs.
Follow up with clients to support retention and continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and client records.
Stay current with evidence-based nutrition research and best practices.
Support content creation (educational materials, blog posts, or social media).
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Licensed in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
Based in or near Greensboro, NC.
Experience in nutrition counseling, private practice, or outpatient settings preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with both one-on-one counseling and group presentations.
Compensation and Benefits
$46 per session.
Paid administrative time.
