Overview
Location: Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry & Braces
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

What We're Looking For

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pediatric dental experience is preferred

Reliable, flexible, and energetic team player

A heart for children and a desire to make every visit positive

Licensed/Registered Dental Assistant in Texas

Education / Credentials

A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.

Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.

Job Related Experience

Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.

Pediatric experience, preferred

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills – must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.

Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.

Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.

Project a capable and professional image reflecting company values.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, multitasking, and timely duty completion.

PC skills with ability to learn and use new software; proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; experience with fax and copy machines and general office equipment.

Working Conditions

Travel between the assigned offices, if needed

Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles
