Position Summary
Outpatient Thoracic Radiologist – Full time – Denver, Colorado. Join Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG), a dedicated group of 24 fellowship‑trained radiologists. This role offers a hybrid reading model with no overnight or weekend work, one day off bi‑weekly, and opportunities for leadership and administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive thoracic imaging including lung cancer staging, treatment planning, screening, interstitial lung disease assessment, using CT and MRI modalities.
Interpret general radiology studies (radiography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy).
Participate in weekly multidisciplinary conferences with surgeons, pulmonologists, and oncologists.
Maintain team‑oriented, compassionate patient care and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
Operate primarily in a Monday‑Friday daytime outpatient setting; negligible weekday evening or weekend duties.
Qualifications
Fellowship‑trained, board‑certified or board‑eligible thoracic radiologist.
Substantial expertise in thoracic imaging – lung cancer staging and treatment, lung cancer screening, interstitial lung disease.
Proficiency with CT, MRI, radiography, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.
Strong teamwork, compassion, and communication skills.
