Job Overview
A full‑time Physical Therapist on an employee‑owned team at Addolorata Villa will assess patients, develop, and carry out personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress to improve mobility, strength, pain relief, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Valid or pending state license.
Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a plus.
